APPOINTMENT POLICY
By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our late arrival/cancellation/no-show policy.
Late Arrivals: If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. This is to ensure that clients who arrive on time do not wait longer than necessary to see the provider. Every effort will be made to accommodate late arrivals; however, care, quality, and safety cannot be compromised.
Cancellation/No-Show: 24 hour notice is required on all cancellations. Situations do arise unbeknownst to us; however it is important that you notify the office of your cancellation in a timely manner.
Clients who do not follow the cancellation/no show policy will be required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit when scheduling their next appointment.
All appointments for dermal filler, microneedling, chemical peels, teeth whitening, and PRP services will require a non-refundable $100 deposit at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for one of these services and follow the cancellation/no show policy, your deposit will be refunded.
RETURN POLICY
There are no refunds on services rendered at Precision Aesthetics.
In-office Purchases: Returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase are accepted. Products should be returned to the office and include your receipt.
PAYMENT/FINANCING
Precision Aesthetics is limited to elective aesthetic medicine and does not bill insurance.
Pricing and service menu are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due in full at the time of service.
All payment plans through Cherry are subject to a 3.9% service fee.
